Can you compete under pressure?

You will be contributing to an exciting new research project that is investigating the effectiveness of different types of mental skills training for competition and studying the influence of emotions and emotion regulation on performance.

The study involves answering some questionnaires about yourself and playing a simple game a number of times. You will receive some online mental skills training from Michael Johnson (Olympian) halfway through. It takes about 20 minutes to complete. However, you may wish to leave yourself a little more time in order to get full value from the personalised feedback that is provided at the end by Michael Johnson. The study is fully explained on the BBC Lab UK website when you click on the link.
